Hello Miner family
I like this idea. I can't get much updates from mom because it is hard to talk on the phone unless the kids are sleeping and then it is late in Iowa. So this is great for me to read about what's going on in your lifes. I have been really busy this summer with all three kids home all day long. And the great 115 degree heat. Lenoy has had some tutoring this summer so she continued to work on reading, writing, and math with her montessori teacher a few times a week. David is in the terrible two's stage he thinks it's fun to dig the soil out of the herb garden and throw toys from the loft upstairs. He is making some progress with speech, but still delayed for his age. So we may have to start some speech tx if he doesn't make more progress in the next 6 months. Maya is standing, waving, clapping, and walking around furniture and she has just turn 10 mo. She is in a hurry to keep up with the big siblings. We also had Ron's mother and neice and nephew with us for 5 weeks. So we had been doing alot of running around. We even went to LA for a few days, tried to go to Disneyland, but after 3 hrs, the earthquake struck. We can't go anywhere without something messing it up. Atleast I can say I have exprience a hurricane and an earthquake not bad for someone that has spent most of her life in the midwest. Anyway I will try and post some photos of the kids. Hope you all are doing well. Take care.
P.S. Go Obama!!!

Glad to see the new photos of the Grands! They have all changed since last photos I've seen. But still cute as ever . . . and I'm not prejudiced a bit! Grandma Jan
